Thrivable is a real-time market research platform. We help patients and solution-makers work together to create the next generation of products and services. Organizations can reach the patients that matter, doing surveys, interviews, and more with results in hours.

As a Marketing Lead, you will help us build and execute an enterprise SaaS go-to-market strategy. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO, Sales Director, and other team members to create and execute a winning marketing strategy for a promising startup.

We prefer someone within a 3-hour drive of Cleveland, Ohio. We may also consider someone who is fully remote.

As Marketing Lead, you will:

  • Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to create and execute scalable marketing processes
  • Continuously improve marketing processes and automations so that we can flexibly and efficiently reach the prospects that matter
  • Build, execute, and manage campaigns and digital marketing (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, etc.) to realize monthly, quarterly, and yearly MQL goals are met. Continually run experiments to optimize performance and identify the most effective demand generation strategies.
  • Lead thought-leadership initiatives using a mix of media, digital, industry events, and third-party platforms to expand Thrivable’s brand across the healthcare space

Requirements

Experiences in the following areas are very helpful:

  • Building and optimizing customer acquisition-focused marketing campaigns
  • Marketing to enterprise customers

Key skills include:

  • Experience with using technologies to support the company’s revenue operations highly preferred (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, and ZoomInfo)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
